Your business's records stay yours, and you decide who sees them.

Every figure, plan and win kept here belongs to the business. Here, in plain words, is who can see it, what reaches AI and when, and how it leaves with you. The Terms and the Privacy Policy are the full legal versions.

What stays true

  • Yours to take at any time

The owner and the managers can download everything the business keeps, at any time, on any plan.

  • Seen only by who you let in

Your team by the role you give each person, EPS only if you let a Business Consultant in, and your own professionals only in the parts you open.

  • Never sold

We do not sell your information, we do not share it with data brokers or advertisers, and there are no ads.

Who can see the business

Nobody, unless you let them in or send them something. Each of these is yours to start and yours to end.

  • Your team, by role

A manager and a viewer see the whole business; staff see the plan, the wins and the areas you tick for them. They see each other's names and roles, never each other's email addresses.

  • EPS, only if you let us in

A staff member sees your business only if you let them in by name, and only while we have made them a Business Consultant. They do what you allowed, such as typing in figures, drafting the briefing or assessing the business, until you end it.

  • Your own professionals

Your accountant, attorney, lender or insurance broker sees only the parts you open, never your team, its ownership, the capability assessment or our staff's access. Nothing they suggest changes a record unless you accept it, and you can end their access at any time.

  • A document you send

Send an issued briefing or packet as a link, and whoever has it can open that one PDF, as issued, until the day you chose or until you turn it off. We keep when it was opened, never who.

  • Our support staff

Staff who oversee the service see the business's name, its owner's email address, its plan and which staff member it let in, never its records.

  • No one else

There is no directory of businesses and no public profile, so no one can come across your business here.

You see what each of them did

  • Who prepared what

The workspace shows who prepared a briefing, who typed in a figure and who released an assessment.

  • Each professional's trail

What each professional opened and downloaded, and the notes, requests and suggestions they left with your answers and decisions, kept for you with the business.

What AI can and cannot see

AI drafts and answers here only when someone asks it to, and only from the business's own records.

  • Only when you press it

Drafting a briefing or a document, reading an RFP, or asking the Owner's Advisor sends something to AI only when you, a manager, or a Business Consultant you let in presses it.

  • Only what each one needs

A briefing's draft sends that month's records, frozen as they stood; a case study, the one win it tells. Each goes to Anthropic's Claude API to make that one response.

  • Kept out of training

The provider works under terms that keep your content out of the training of its models.

  • You choose what the Advisor reads

Untick any part of the business and it is never sent. The conversation is not kept: it stays on your screen until you leave.

  • Never your prospects

We never contact anyone in your sales pipeline, and no AI drafts from it.

  • Every step works without it

Without AI, a briefing is drafted in plain wording from the records and a document is read by rule, here.

What the workspace says, and what it does not

  • Drawn from your own records

Each figure, briefing, statement and packet is drawn from what you and your team entered or imported. A figure in wording drafted by AI, or by EPS in a briefing, that your records do not state stops it being issued until it is changed, and what the records do not say is left out, never filled in.

  • Whether it is right stays yours

That is a promise about where it came from, not about whether it is true. Standing Proof does not check that what you enter is accurate, and a packet prints your figures as you recorded them. Their accuracy is yours, as the name on the document is.

Services you connect

Read only when you or a manager ask, or on the schedule you leave on, and never in place of a figure someone typed in.

  • QuickBooks Online

You sign in at Intuit and choose the company. Its keys are kept encrypted and used only to read the company's name and its monthly totals from the profit and loss and the balance sheet, never an account, a customer, an invoice or a transaction. Disconnecting deletes the keys at once.

Where it lives

  • Held in the United States

In a managed Postgres database, with encryption in transit and at rest. A file you keep is checked for malware before it is stored.

  • No password to leak

Sign-in uses an emailed link rather than a password, so there is no password of yours to store or leak.

  • Payments by Stripe

Card numbers are handled entirely by Stripe and never reach this system.

Leaving, on your terms

  • Take everything with you

The owner and the managers can download everything the business keeps: figures, plan, decisions, briefings and the rest.

  • Hand the business on

Hand it to someone on its team. Once they accept, they see all of it as you did and you stay on the team as a manager; our staff's access and any connected services end with the hand-over.

  • Delete it

Deleting your account deletes each business you own, with its records, its files and the links you sent.
