Questions

What owners ask before they start

About the workspace, the plans and the trial, and working with EPS. Not here? Ask us: a person reads every message.

The workspace

What does the workspace keep?

Your monthly figures, your plan and its initiatives, decisions and risks, your wins with the proof behind them, scenarios on your own numbers, and a monthly briefing you issue. All in one place, with what needs a look listed for you.

Where do the figures come from?

From you: typed in, imported from a spreadsheet, or read from QuickBooks Online. Every figure says which, and opens to the records behind it.

Does Standing Proof check that my figures are right?

It shows you exactly where each figure came from and how much of it has a record behind it, so gaps are easy to see. It does not check that a figure is true: that stays with you, and with the person whose name is on what you issue.

Can my team work in it?

Yes. Business Owner holds 3 people and Business Growth 10, each as a manager, staff or a viewer. You choose what each can do.

Plans and the trial

How does the trial work?

Your first business starts a 14-day trial, once per account, with no card. After it, ask us and we will set up the plan that fits.

What does a plan cost?

Plans start at $59 a month. Each plan's price and what it holds are on the Plans page.

What happens if I stop?

The workspace becomes read-only. Nothing is deleted, and you can still read and download all of it.

Working with EPS

What does a partnership include?

An assessment of where the business stands, a plan with the measures that show progress, and a review on your cadence, prepared from your own records. Three packages set the cadence: Assess, Partner and Embedded.

What does a partnership cost?

It is priced by conversation, so it fits what the business needs. A 30-minute call is the place to start.

Will EPS see everything in my workspace?

Only what you give access to. You choose who comes in and what they can do, and you can end our access at any time.

Is EPS my accountant?

No. Our financial work is advisory. Your accountant keeps the books and the taxes; we help you use the numbers to decide.

Rather talk it through?

A 30-minute call with EPS: what you are working toward, and how the workspace or a partnership would help you get there.
