About EPS
We help owners see where their business stands, and keep it moving.
EPS LLC runs the partnerships behind Standing Proof's business side. Our work rests on one idea: an owner decides best from their own records, read clearly and reviewed on a rhythm that holds.

EVA™, the Enterprise Value Architecture
EVA™ looks at a business through eight domains and shows how they hold each other up. It names the weakest link, so your effort goes where it counts first.

How the work that matters gets done, on time.
Operational
The processes and measures that run the day to day.
Human
The people, the leadership, and the owner's own time.

What you can expect from us
Decisions from your own records
Every conversation starts from the figures you keep, so advice is about your business, not a template.
A rhythm that holds
A plan only moves when someone keeps reviewing it. We keep that rhythm with you, on the cadence you choose.
You stay in charge
You decide, you issue what goes out, and you choose who comes in. We work beside you, never instead of you.
Clear about scope
Our financial work is advisory. Your accountant keeps the books and the taxes; we help you use the numbers to decide.
